Effective Date: July 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Delightful Gardens Landscape Company, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, accesses, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information in connection with [APP NAME], including its QuickBooks bulk-editing tools, estimate export and import tools, related interfaces, and associated services (collectively, the “Application”).
The Application is intended primarily for authorized business users and is not intended for personal or household use.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the Application.
It does not replace the privacy policies or terms of Intuit, QuickBooks, Microsoft, Google, hosting providers, spreadsheet applications, or other third-party products that may be used with the Application.
Intuit independently processes information under its own terms and privacy statement. We process information for the purposes of providing the Application and do not process QuickBooks information on Intuit’s behalf.
2. Information We Collect or Access
Because the Application may access most categories of information contained in a connected QuickBooks company, the specific information processed depends on:
The QuickBooks records available in the connected company;

Tax-related transaction information;
Classes, departments, locations, projects, jobs, and other tracking fields;
Attachments or notes where supported and intentionally accessed;
Audit, synchronization, or record-identification information; and
Other accounting or operational information available through the QuickBooks Online APIs.
The Application does not necessarily access every listed category during every use.
B. Authorization and connection information
When a QuickBooks company is connected, we may process:
QuickBooks company or realm identifiers;
Authorization status;
Access and refresh tokens;
Token expiration information;
Requested permission scopes; and
Technical information necessary to establish and maintain the connection.
We do not request that users provide their Intuit password directly to the Application. Intuit handles the QuickBooks authorization process.

We may process information users enter, upload, select, edit, or import, including:
Spreadsheet files;
Estimate and line-item updates;
Labor hours;
Cost and markup information;
Customer, item, or transaction corrections;

Feature usage;
Browser, device, operating-system, or network information;
Security alerts; and
Diagnostic logs.
We seek to limit diagnostic information to what is reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, and support.
3. How We Use Information
We use information processed through the Application to:
Authenticate users and connect authorized QuickBooks companies;
Retrieve and display QuickBooks records;
Export estimates, line items, and related information;
Import user-approved information into QuickBooks;
Perform bulk edits or updates requested by an authorized user;

We will not use QuickBooks information for materially different purposes without providing appropriate notice and obtaining authorization where required.
4. Instructions and Automated Changes
The Application processes accounting information based on actions selected or approved by an authorized user.
For example, when a user submits a bulk update, the Application may use selected QuickBooks information to identify records and submit the requested changes through the QuickBooks API.
The Application does not independently determine that an accounting record should be modified unless that operation has been configured or initiated by an authorized user.
Users are responsible for reviewing the scope and accuracy of requested changes.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell QuickBooks information or personal information.
We do not share QuickBooks information for third-party advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, data brokerage, or unrelated marketing.
We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances.
